Technical Specifications on General Purpose Low Carbon Steel Wire in accord
with GOST 3282-74
1. Raw materials for wire manufacturing are low-carbon steel rods of ordinary quality in accord with ДСТУ 2770-94 (GOST 30136-95). Wire is manufactured without thermal treatment and coating, in cold state, and with normal accuracy.
2. Wire diameter and extreme deviations of dimensions are as follows:

3. Wire is manufactured in bundles. A bundle comprises one section wire. Each bundle is fastened by soft wire in three points along the bundle circumference. Weight of wire bundle is:
- Ø0,8-1,6 mm – 80 – 100 kg
- Ø2,0-3,0 mm – 180 – 200 kg
- Ø2,0-6,0 mm – 1000-1200 kg
Wire can be transported by any carriers, in the covered cars securing protection from mechanical damage and ingress of moisture, and subject to due observance of freight regulations valid for the relevant transport facilities.
